Blue Lavender Events is a full-service event planning boutique serving couples in the Greater Toronto Area since 2013. They love creating timeless celebrations rooted in effortless style and understated elegance.  They believe your wedding should feel warm, welcoming and sophisticated without feeling overdone – like an intimate dinner party with your nearest and dearest.  Every detail of their events is intended to set the scene for meaningful conversation, connectivity and those precious moments of togetherness. Their design inspiration is drawn not only from the environment but from your personal style to ensure every detail is tasteful and intentional.  The result is a wedding that is not only beautifully crafted but a finely curated experience that will ignite joy in your guests for a lifetime.

Iris reached out when looking for a website redesign and a new brand logo along with marketing collaterals. After finishing her branding strategy for her rebrand, she came to me to help her design a new logo that fits her new brand and vision. With her rebrand, a website facelift was needed to be cohesive with her new logo and brand vision.

Iris described her brand as imperfect beauty, understated elegance, and quiet + dramatic. She wanted a simple, responsive website design that showcased the essential pages: home, about, services, portfolio, and contact. Most of the pages have call-to-action to get potential couples to inquire and to also follow her on social media. After creating her logo, brandmark, typography selection, and brand guide, I wire-framed her website page layouts before starting on the actual website. I customized her previous WordPress theme to be consistent with her new creative direction. I also created a Services Package collateral to match her new brand and website to enable her couples to send initial inquiries.
